Apple Computer hikes dividend by 25%

Apple Computer (AAPL) will raise its quarterly dividend by 25 percent to $0.10 per share in the fourth quarter of 1988.

The new dividend will be paid on December 15, 1988 to shareholders of record on November 28, 1988.

Apple Computer, Inc. designs, manufactures and markets microprocessor-based personal computers and related personal computing products for sale primarily to business, education, home, and government customers. Substantially all of the Company's net sales to date have been derived from the sale of personal computers from its Apple Macintosh line of computers and related software and peripherals.
