Dover hikes dividend by 4%

Dover Corporation (DOV) will raise its quarterly dividend by 4.0 percent to $0.26 per share in the third quarter of 2009. Last year Dover hiked its dividend by 25 percent to 25 cents per share quarterly.

The next dividend is payable on September 15, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2009. The ex-date for his next dividend of 26 cents per share is August 27, 2009.
