Accenture hikes dividend by 20%

Accenture (ACN) will raise its semi-annual dividend by 20 percent to $0.45 per share in the fourth quarter of 2010. Earlier this year the company switched from an annual to a semi-annual dividend.

The next dividend will be paid on November 15, 2010 to shareholders of record on October 15, 2010. The ex-date for this next semi-annual dividend is October 13, 2010.
