Texas Instruments Incorporated (TXN) will raise its quarterly dividend by 33.3 percent to $0.28 per share in the second quarter of 2013. This marks the semiconductor company's 10th consecutive year of annual dividend increases. Last year TXN hiked its dividend by 23.5 percent.

The increased dividend of $0.28 per share is payable May 20, 2013 to shareholders of record on April 30, 2013. The ex-dividend date will be April 26, 2013.
