Qualcomm (QCOM) will raise its quarterly dividend by 20 percent to $0.42 per share in 2014. Last year QCOM hiked its dividend by 10 cents to 35 cents quarterly per share.

The increased dividend is payable June 25, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 4, 2014. The ex-date for the next dividend payment is June 2, 2014.
