The Estée Lauder Companies (EL) will raise its quarterly dividend by twenty percent to $0.24 per share in the fourth quarter of 2014. The beauty products company switched from annual to quarterly divividend payments in  2013 and has paid dividends every year since it went public in November 1995.

The increased dividend will be paid on December 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on November 28, 2014. The ex-date of this next dividend of 24 cents is November 25.
