Apple hikes dividend by 10.6%

Apple (AAPL) will increase its quarterly dividend by 10.6 percent from $0.47 to $0.52 per share in the second quarter of 2015. Last year the dividend was hiked by 7.9 percent.

The new dividend will be paid on May 14, 2015 to shareholders of record on May 11, 2015. Apple has now raised its dividend for three consecutive years.
