The Estée Lauder Companies (EL) will raise its quarterly dividend by 25 percent to $0.30 per share in the fourth quarter of 2015. The beauty products maker has paid dividends every year since it went public in November 1995.

The increased dividend will be paid on December 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 30, 2015. The ex-date of this next dividend of 30 cents is November 25.
