James River Group Holdings (JRVR) will raise it's quarterly dividend to $0.30 per share and pay a $1.35 per share special dividend.

“Our profitable growth permitted our Board to increase our quarterly dividend to $0.30 per share and to supplement this quarter’s dividend with an additional special dividend of $1.35 per share to be paid in the fourth quarter.”, commented J. Adam Abram, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of James River Group Holdings.

Both the regular quarterly dividend and the special dividend are payable on Thursday, December 29, 2016 to all shareholders of record on Friday, December 16, 2016.

The Bermuda-based insurance holding company has a 3.3% yield based on the regular annual dividend of $1.20 per share and a $36.75 stock price.
