Apartment Investment and Management Company ( AIV) will raise its quarterly dividend by six percent to $0.38 per share in the first quarter of 2018. This follows a 9.1 percent dividend hike in 2017 by Aimco.

This dividend is payable on February 28, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 16, 2018. The new dividend yield for Aimco is 3.7%.

It operates through two segments: conventional real estate and affordable real estate.
