Tanger Factory Outlet hikes dividend by 2.2%

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (SKT) will raise its quarterly dividend by 2.2 percent to $.35 per share in the second quarter of 2018. This marks the 25th consecutive year of dividend increases for the real estate investment trust. The new dividend yield for SKT is 6.0%.

This cash dividend will be payable on May 15, 2018 to holders of record on April 30, 2018. Since becoming a public company in May 1993, the Company has paid a cash dividend each quarter and has increased its dividend each year.
