Industrial Logistics Properties Trust initiates dividend

Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (ILPT) will start paying a quarterly distribution. The REIT will pay a first prorated cash distribution on its common shares of $0.27 per common share. The regular quarterly dividend rate will b $0.33 per share. The pro-rated distribution will be paid to ILPT’s common shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 30, 2018 and distributed on or about May 14, 2018.

Industrial Logistics Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust, or REIT, that owns and leases industrial and logistics properties throughout the United States. ILPT is managed by the operating subsidiary of The RMR Group Inc. (RMR), an alternative asset management company that is headquartered in Newton, MA.
