Dividend Aristocrat Hormel Foods (HRL) will raise its quarterly dividend by 12.0 percent to $0.21 per share in the first quarter of 2019. This marks the 53rd consecutive year of annual dividend increases by the meat products maker.

The increased dividend will be paid on February 15, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 14, 2019. The new annual dividend of $0.84 per share yields 1.8% at a current stock price of $45.38.

Hormel Foods Corporation manufactures brand-name food and meat products worldwide. The company makes refrigerated pork, beef, chicken and turkey products and nutrition products including protein products. Its brands include Skippy, SPAM, Hormel Natural Choice, Applegate, Justin's, Wholly Guacamole and Hormel Black Label. Since becoming a public company in 1928, Hormel Foods Corporation has paid a regular quarterly dividend without interruption.
