National Health Investors hikes dividend by 5%

National Health Investors (NHI) will raise its quarterly dividend by 5.0 percent to $1.05 per share in the first quarter of 2019. This marks the 17th consecutive year of dividend increases by NHI.

The next dividend is payable on May 10, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 29, 2019. A new annual rate of $4.20 yields 5.2% at a stock price of $80.38.
