Innovative Industrial Properties hikes dividend by 28.6%

Innovative Industrial Properties (IIPR) will raise its quarterly dividend by 28.6 percent to $0.45 per share in the first quarter of 2019. The cannabis facilities REIT initiated its dividend in 2017 following its initial public offering in December 2016.

The next dividend will be paid on April 15, 2019 to stockholders of record as of March 29, 2019. A new annual rate of $1.80 per share yields 2.4% at a stock price of $78.
