Accenture plc (ACN) will raise its dividend by 9.6 percent to 80 cents per share quarterly. As previously disclosed, the company is moving from a semi-annual to a quarterly schedule for dividend payments in fiscal 2020.
It's the first quarterly dividend declared by Accenture. This May a $1.46 per share semi-annual dividend was paid.
The next dividend will be paid on November 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on October 17, 2019. The new annual rate of $3.20 per share yields 1.7% at a stock price of $188.
