Marriott Vacations (VAC) will raise its quarterly dividend by 20.0 percent to $0.54 per share in the fourth quarter of 2019. The vacation ownership company initiated a dividend in 2014.

The next dividend is payable on or around January 6, 2020 to shareholders of record as of December 23, 2019. A new annualized dividend rate of $2.16 per share yields 1.7% at a stock price of $84.90.
