CME Group (CME) will pay a special dividend of $2.50 per share in 2019. Earlier this year the company raised its quarterly dividend by 7.1 percent from 70 cents to 75 cents per share.

The special dividend is payable January 15, 2020, to shareholders of record as of December 27, 2019. The regular annualized dividend rate of $3.00 per share yields 1.5% at a stock price of $204.59.
