EPR Properties (EPR) will raise its monthly dividend by 2.0 percent to $0.3825 per share in 2020. The specialy REIT has now increased its annual dividend ten consecutive years.

The next dividend of $0.3825 per common share is payable April 15, 2020 to shareholders of record on March 31, 2020.  A new annualized dividend of $4.59 per common share yields 7.8% at at stock price of $59.24.
