The next dividend will be payable on July 15, 2020 to shareholders of record on July 1, 2020. A new annualized rate of $1.9436 per share yields 3.9% at a stock price of $49.43. Because of this small dividend hike the average dividend growth over the last five years drops to 4.7 percent.
