Urstadt Biddle Properties (UBA) will hike its dividend by 100.0 percent to 14 cents quarterly. This comes after a 75.0 percent dividend cut in the previous quarter.

The dividends are payable October 16, 2020 to stockholders of record on October 2, 2020. The dividends represent the 203rd consecutive quarterly dividend on common shares declared since the Company began operating in 1969.

Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. is a self-administered equity real estate investment trust which owns or has equity interests in 81 properties containing approximately 5.3 million square feet of space.
