Armada Hoffler Properties (AHH) will raise its quarterly dividend by 36.4 percent to 15 cents per share in 2021. Last year the quarterly dividend was suspended by the REIT in the second quarter of 2020 and later reinstated.

The third quarter dividend will be paid in cash on April 8, 2021 to stockholders of record on March 31, 2021. The new dividend yield is 5%.
