H.B. Fuller hikes dividend by 3.1%

H.B. Fuller Co (FUL) will raise its quarterly dividend by 3.1 percent to $0.1675 per share in 2021. This comes after a dividend hike of 1.6 percent to $0.1625 per share announced in the second quarter of 2020.

The specialty chemicals company has now raised its dividend 52 consecutive years.

The first increased dividend of $0.1675 per share of common stock is payable on May 6, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 22, 2021. The new annual dividend of 67 cents per share yields almost 1.1% at a stock price of $63.48 for H.B. Fuller.
