FLIR Systems (FLIR) has been acquired by Teledyne Technologies, ending the stock market listing for FLIR. Teledyne announced the acquisition of FLIR on January 4. The acquisition for $7.5 billion or $28 cash per share of FLIR and 0.0718 common shares of Teledyne was completed on May 14, 2021.
FLIR Systems (FLIR) last raised its quarterly dividend by 6.3 percent to $0.17 per share in the first quarter of 2019. This marked the 7th consecutive year of annual dividend increases by FLIR.
