Vontier Corporation (VTR) will start paying a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share in 2021. This is the first dividend payment announced by the global industrial technology company. A 10 cent per share annualized dividend rate will yield 0.3% at a stock price of $35.

The first dividend of 2.5 cents is payable on June 24, 2021 to stockholders of record on June 3, 2021. Vontier states that although it expects to pay dividends on a quarterly basis, any subsequent declaration of dividends, including the amount, the record dates and the payment dates for any such future dividend payments, is subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors.
