Clorox hikes dividend by 4.5%

Dividend Aristocrat Clorox (CLX) will raise its quarterly dividend by 4.5 percent to $1.16 per share in 2021. This follows a dividend hike of 4.7 percent last year and marks the 44th consecutive year of dividend increases by CLX.

The dividend is payable August 13, 2021, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 28, 2021. A new annual rate of $4.64 per share yields 2.5% at a stock price of $178.
