Texas Instruments hikes dividend by 12.7%

Texas Instruments Incorporated (TXN) will raise its quarterly dividend by 12.7 percent to $1.15 per share in 2021. This follows a dividend hike of 13.3 percent in 2020 and marks the 18th consecutive year of dividend increases in a row by TXN.

The higher TXN dividend will be payable November 15, 2021, to stockholders of record on November 1, 2021, contingent upon formal declaration by the board of directors at its regular meeting in October.
