Standex International (SXI) will raise its quarterly dividend by 8.3 percent to 26 cents per share in 2021. This follows a 9.1 percent dividend hike to $0.24 per share in 2020 and will mark the 12th consecutive year of annual dividend increases by the industrial company.

The dividend is payable November 24, 2021 to shareholders of record on November 8, 2021.

The dividend is the Company's 229th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November 1964.
