NorthWestern Corporation (NWE) will raise its quarterly dividend by 1.6 percent to 63 cents in 2022. This follows a dividend hike of 3.3 percent to 62 cents per share in 2021 and marks 15 consecutive years of annual dividend increases by the company.
The next dividend is payable March 31, 2022 to common shareholders of record as of March 15, 2022. Over the longer-term, NWE states that it expects to maintain a dividend payout ratio within a targeted 60-70% range.
