Houlihan Lokey (HLI) will raise its quarterly dividend by 23.3 percent to 53 cents per share in 2022. This follows a dividend hike of 30.3 percent to 43 cents per share in 2021 and marks the 7th consecutive year of dividend increases by the investment bank.

The Board of Directors of the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.53 per share of Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 2, 2022. The new HLI dividend yields 2.5% at a stock price of $85.66.
