On June 7, 2022 the acquisition of Cerner Corp (CERN) by Oracle Corporation (ORCL) has been completed, ending the stock market listing of Cerner.  Cerner started paying a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share in 2019 and announced 22 percent increases in both 2020 and 2021. Last December Oracle offered to buy CERN for $29.2 billion.
