Bank of New York Mellon (BK) will raise its quarterly dividend by 8.8 percent to 37 cents per share in 2022. This follows a dividend hike of 9.7 percent in 2020 and will mark 12 straight years of dividend increases.

The next dividend is payable on August 5, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 25, 2022. The new annual dividend of $1.48 per share yields 3.4% at a stock price of $43.41.
