Accenture continues super dividend growth streak
A 14.7% dividend hike by ACN in 2024 marks 20 consecutive years of increases
On September 26, 2024 Accenture plc (ACN) announced a new quarterly dividend of $1.48 per share, up 14.7% from the previous quarterly dividend. With this ACN continues its impressive streak of double digit dividend hikes. In the last decade the total dividend was raised by 190% with double digit increases in each of the last five years.
The new annual rate of $4.92 per share yields 1.7% to Accenture shareholders at a stock price of $353. Accenture now pays an estimated $3.7 billion in dividends to shareholders annually.

The company serves clients in a broad range of industries and in three geographic regions: North America, Europe and Growth Markets (Asia Pacific, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East). Accenture's five operating groups are organized by industry: Communications, Media & Technology, Financial Services, Health & Public Service, Products and Resources. Accenture's Products operating group serves a set of increasingly interconnected consumer-relevant industries. Resources serves the chemicals, energy, forest products, metals and mining, utilities and related industries. In 2019 Accenture switched from a semi-annual to a quarterly dividend payment.
