Honeywell hikes dividend by 10%

Honeywell International (HON) will raise its quarterly dividend by 10.0 percent to $0.3025 per share in the first quarter of 2009. This follows a 2.5 cent per share dividend hike to $0.275 quarterly last year.

The increased dividend is payable on March 10, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2009. The ex-date for his next dividend of 30.25 cents per share is February 18, 2009.
