Honeywell hikes dividend by 12%

Honeywell International (HON) will raise its quarterly dividend by 12 percent to $0.3725 per share in the fourth quarter of 2011. Earlier this year the industrial company already hiked its dividend from $0.3025 to $0.3325 per share quarterly.

The next dividend is payable on December 9, 2011 to shareowners of record at the close of business on November 18, 2011. The ex-date for this dividend is November 16, 2011.
