Healthcare Trust of America (HTA) will start paying a quarterly dividend of $0.14374 per share.

The first (pro-rated) payment of $0.0479 will be paid on July 2, 2012 to shareholders of record on June 29, 2012.

Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. owns and operates medical office buildings (MOBs) in the United States.
