Everest Re Group (RE) will raise its annual dividend to $3.00 per share. It's the first dividend increase since 2007 for the Bermuda based reinsurer. The quarterly payout will be increased to $0.75 per share, giving the stock a dividend yield of 1.4% at the current price of $157.
