Omega Flex, Inc. (OFLX) will pay a special cash dividend of $0.425 per share in January 2014. This is the first ever dividend paid by the company.

Omega Flex, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells flexible metal hoses and accessories primarily in the United States and internationally. The company is engaged in a range of different markets, including construction, manufacturing, transportation, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. It operates through manufacture and sale of flexible metal hose and accessories segment. OFLX distributes its TracPipe and TracPipe CounterStrike flexible gas piping and fittings under the AutoSnap and AutoFlare brand names.
