Semiconductor control equipment maker KLA-Tencor (KLAC) will increase its quarterly dividend by $0.05 to $0.50 per share. It's the fifth consecutive dividend increase for the technology company.
Since the first dividend was paid in 2005, KLA-Tencor has been steadily increasing its payout. The current annual dividend of $2 gives the stock a 2.7% yield at the current price of $74.
