Havertys (HVT) will pay a $1 per share special cash dividend.

The dividend will be paid on September 10, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 25, 2014.

Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc. is a retailer of residential furniture and accessories. The Company offers mattress product lines, such as Sealy, Tempur-Pedic, Serta, Stearns & Foster and Beautyrest Black.
