Microsoft (MSFT) will raise its quarterly dividend by 10.7 percent to $0.31 per share in the fourth quarter of 2014. Last year Microsoft hiked its dividend by almost 22 percent to 28 cents per share quarterly.
The new dividend will be paid on December 11, 2014 to shareholders of record on November 20, 2014. Microsoft has now raised its dividend for 12 consecutive years. The company initiated a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share in 2003.
