Synnex initiates dividend

SYNNEX Corporation (SNX) will start paying a $0.125 per share quarterly dividend. The first dividend will be paid on October 31, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 17.

In 1994 the company changed its name from Compac to SYNNEX (SYNNEX = Synergy + Nexus) and in 2003 SYNNEX became a public company through its Initial Public Offering on the New York Stock Exchange.
