Middlesex Water Company (MSEX) will raise its quarterly dividend by 1.3 percent from $0.19 to $0.1925 per share in the fourth quarter of 2014. This marks the 42nd consecutive dividend increase for the water utility company.

The increased dividend is payable on December 1, 2014 to holders of record as of November 14, 2014. Middlesex Water Company has paid cash dividends in varying amounts continually since 1912.
