C.H. Robinson hikes dividend by 8.6%

C.H. Robinson Worldwide (CHRW) will raise its quarterly dividend from $0.35 to $0.38 per share. It's the 17th year of dividend increases for the company. In 2013 C.H. Robinson Worldwide didn't raise its dividend, but kept its trackrecord based on annual dividends paid in the calendar year. The dividend hike will add about $18 million extra to the annual dividend payment.

C.H. Robinson is a third-party logistics provider delivering logistics services, fresh produce sourcing and managed services. The company has operations in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America. Headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, C.H. Robinson has been publicly traded on the NASDAQ since 1997.
