Omega Flex, Inc. (OFLX) will pay a special cash dividend of $0.49 per share. The special dividend is payable on January 5, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 22, 2014.

Kevin R. Hoben, President and CEO of Omega Flex, Inc., stated, "We are very pleased to be in a position to pay a special dividend to the shareholders. Given the company's excellent performance so far this year, combined with its strong balance sheet and cash flow, the board has reviewed the cash needs of the company and determined that it is appropriate to return some cash to the shareholders. The company continues to have adequate liquidity to meet its operating expenses and capital investment."

Omega Flex, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells flexible metal hoses and accessories primarily in the United States and internationally.  The company is engaged in a range of different markets, including construction, manufacturing, transportation, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
