A. H. Belo Corporation (AHC) will pay a special cash dividend of $2.25 per share, payable on January 14, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 30, 2014.

In addition, the Board declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share, payable on March 6, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 13, 2015.
