Black Hills Corporation (BKH) will raise its quarterly dividend by 3.8 percent to $0.405 per share in the first quarter of 2015. The new dividend will be paid on March 1, 2015 to shareholders of record on February 13, 2015.

Black Hills has raised its dividend for 45 consecutive years.
