NexPoint Residential Trust initiates dividend

NexPoint Residential Trust (NXRT) will initiate a $0.206 per share quarterly dividend in 2015. This first ever dividend follows the IPO by the REIT earlier this year.

The first payment will be made to shareholders on June 30, 2015 with a record date of June 15, 2015. The ex-date for the 20.6 cents per share maiden dividend is June 11.
