Avago Technologies (AVGO) will raise its quarterly dividend by 5.3 percent to $0.40 per share. Including the March dividend increase the semiconductor company has boosted its dividend by a total of 14.3 percent in 2015.

Avago has paid a dividend every year since the fourth quarter of 2010.
