The Williams Companies (WMB) will increase its quarterly dividend to $0.64 per share.

The Williams Companies, Inc. is an energy infrastructure company focused on connecting North America's hydrocarbon resource plays to markets for natural gas, natural gas liquids and olefins. The company owns approximately 74 percent of Williams Partners L.P. (WPZ). Williams Partners is a master limited partnership with operations across the natural gas value chain from gathering, processing and interstate transportation of natural gas and natural gas liquids to petchem production of ethylene, propylene and other olefins.
